So I mean I think we all know there's basically no such thing as porn. Anything artificial that sexually arouses you on a screen is basically porn. So this could be social media images, dating site images, booty shaking videos on youtube, porn videos.

The brain can't tell one is porn and one is not. All that happens is the sexual conditioning from years of jacking off to pixels and videos on a screen sends the sexual cues in your brain. Basically this is what your brain thinks sex is. So if your on a dating site or social media and deliberately search and look at images of women for any sort of sexual thrill, and when I say sexual thrill you don't need to be masturbating to them, the dopamine is still rising in your brain even if your not masturbating. So when you search and deliberately look at these images for a sexual thrill and then keep searching more of them more and more dopamine is being released in the brain. This is the exact same thing that is happening in the brain when you search and keep searching more porn videos. So it's all basically porn. The exact same thing is happening in the brain, so it is all porn.

A problem I have though is I do feel like being on a dating site does give me a much better chance of getting with a real woman in real life. But the problem is I know I will relapse on a dating site. Remember you don't just need to masturbate to these images to relapse. If your seeking them for any sort of sexual thrill then this is a relapse.

I was talking to this woman online and she has honestly been sending me sexy videos of her self doing stuff and I haven't been asking her to send me them. This actually lead me to masturbating thinking about this woman, imagining I was having sex with her. I wasn't looking at these images when I was masturbating.

But yeah I get that we are supposed to avoid all artificial sexual stimulation during a reboot. Remember artificial sexual stimulation is literally everything artificial usually on a computer screen that you deliberately seek for any sort of sexual thrill. So this includes dating sites, social media ext.

But like I say I honestly do believe not being able to use these things is giving me less of a chance of getting with a woman in real life. I just don't know what to do?

I would refrain from everything triggering for the full 90 days.
We are not animals, we can go 3 months without sexual relationships
