One more day. Then I will probably be away from this challenge for a while, but I'll be back in a week.
12/60 (22:25) A few minutes overtime but nothing serious (~3 min) . I got up the same time as usual (6:11) and I had a good sleep.
17/60. Did the mistake of taking a coffee too late yesterday (~2 pm) so I had trouble to sleep. I won't repeat the mistake so I will introduce a note in my self-discipline list: No coffee after 12:00 if I am not 100% sure I am going to work out later.
Shut down my computer at 21:01. It took me some time to get sleep but I could expect that. Getting in taste of early mornings again with the help of the No Screen Challenge!
