the "it would feel so good" effect

    I"ve always done 2 maybe 3, rarely 4 days streaks never done more than a week in 3 year and I really want to get out, so after several days its going great and I'm thinking that i'm doing much better but then I always have this thought that comes that "it would feel so good" and then im fucked after that most of the time, I can fight it a bit but im not strong enough, what do you think I should do guys when this happen, and if someone already made a topic on this effect, thanks to link it :)
     
  2. It is very hard not to masturbate at all. Maybe you should ease yourself into the situation? Just set yourself the goal not to watch porn and allow yourself a maximum amount of masturbation per week.

    I have stopped porn about 50 days ago. I allowed myself to masturbate 4 times a week. that was hard, but not too hard to keep. It got easier. Now I am trying not to masturbate at all for 12 days. It is very hard, but i can imagine that I will pull through. Think about a set of rules for yourself instead of trying something so hard that you cannot do it.

    this is what I was doing several days ago but after 2-3 days of no porn my imagination don't come or I just don't care enough, at least I discovered that I wasn't horny but most of the time its porn that's behind it, I'm gonna do that again tho starting tomorrow
    btw you know after a relapse you feel the fog getting your brain slowly, but when I was fapping without porn I had nothing + fapping to imagination feels a lot more natural/ don't feel lethargic after
