***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for a good day at work.
I am grateful for having great work friends to talk to.
I am grateful for being a little more centered than yesterday.

 

I am thankful for
1. My sister who loves me alot and is always motivating me to do good.
2. Nofap platform which helped me realise how badly PMO was affecting me.
3. For good sanitary and electricity condions where I live.

 

I am grateful for an unusually warm day during winter.
I am grateful for the sun shining out today. I will enjoy it while it lasts.
I am grateful to have loving relatives who I can always reach out to.

 

Im grateful for flying to university safely
for music that i truly love
for being more fit and having a workout plan!

 

Im grateful for the beauitful weather where I live
For starting off the day with structure
For seeing a flock of pigeons (chickens)

 

1. I'm grateful for the human body's immune system.
2. I'm grateful for tea.
3. I'm grateful for food delivery.

 

I'm grateful for:
A good weekend.
Feeling good in general.
Re-reading a nice book.

 

I'm thankful for
1. Having warm clothes in such cold weather.
2. Having time to work towards my goal.
3. Having access to clean drinking water.

 

I am thankful for the pleasure of seeing kangaroos out on my walk this morning..

 

I am grateful for tasty homemade pizza for the weekend.
I am grateful for sticking to my routine after work today.
I am grateful for another slightly warm day for the second straight time.

 

I’m grateful for self sufficiency
For playing tennis w myself and rly enjoying it
For not having to spend money on food

 

I'm thankful
1. For my landlady who is sweet and doesn't cause much problems.
2. That I'm still pushing on and keeping a positive attitude even after all the hardships I have faced in past few years.
3. That I am pursuing the jobs I like instead of blindly following what most people are pursuing.

 

I’m grateful for watching a college match
For the feeling of sandals on my feet.
For acknowledging I was sinking into depression and stopping it from getting worse

 

I am grateful for myself. I am grateful for who I am and all my qualities.

 

I am grateful I am constantly learning. Now it's just about constantly applying and executing that knowledge.
I am grateful for how far I have come with regards to my mindset. There is still more to do and go further but for now I am grateful.
I am grateful for the start of the work week.

 

I'm grateful
1. For my friends who always help me with stuff.
2. That I haven't given up and really want to do something good with my life.
3. For the clean, healthy, cooked food that I eat everyday.

 

I'm grateful for:
Feeling good in general for a couple of weeks now.
Moving into the next stage of something I designed.
Rain. Looks like a fairly good winter.

 

I am grateful for my friend's words of encouragement and backing. It means a lot to me and just helps add fuel and motivation on my journey.
I am grateful I was able to wake up easily earlier than normal today for work.
I am grateful I got through the initial part of the work day. I truly did not wanna be there but I'm happy I pushed through.

 

I'm grateful
1. For my cozy bed.
2. For my phone alarm without which I would miss so many day to day things.
3. That I get to videocall my parents every night with the help of good internet.

 

The 3 things I'm thankful in my life is :
Dad : Obviously my dad is no less than Superman in my life, thanks to him who clear almost all obstacles in my life as much as possible & try to make me happy in the best way possible always.
Mom :Even though I may not be the best son till now to her but she is still the best mom ,no matter how much I thank her it is still incomplete for her lifetime effort.
Sibling : Even though in last few year we may have less interaction thanks to our busy life but still no matter how worse the situation is been far now, i have always back of my sibling.....
