***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for a good long sleep.
I am grateful that is almost Friday.
I am grateful for not feeling to sick.

 

A hearty 'here here' from me!

 

I'm grateful for having good teammates and good parents
I'm grateful for the bueatiful garden in my school
I'm grateful for a nice friend who inspired me
I'm grateful for myself for doing meditation and dancing

 

I'm grateful to have helpful brothers who can help me out with tasks I might not know or know well.
I'm grateful I accomplished a lot today.
I'm grateful I'm finally going to sleep.

 

I am grateful to slowly start feeling a bit better after having a really bad throat infection this week.
I am grateful that I had sex on Tuesday.
I am grateful for my GP, she is really awesome.

 

I'm grateful for:
Rain.
It being Thursday.
Getting some progress done on a project.

 

I am grateful for the weather I have outside.
I am grateful for my teachers that I had in school and uni for their patience.
I am grateful for the technological world we live in.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For finding my way back to this forum.
2. For the awesome people here.
3. For the amazing life I am having.
4. For the University I am visiting, for the education I am enjoying.
5. For the fact that my life seems to always be improving - thanks to NoFap.
6. For finally having breached the cycle of death (PMO) after trying NoFap for more than two years.
7. For being certain that we can achieve ANYTHING given we never give up..... the Japanese Proverb down below should suffice!

 

I am grateful for medicine
I am grateful for having a blessed life even though it isn't perfect.
I am grateful that the weekend is almost here.

 

I am grateful for that awareness that I don't need to judge my present bad mood.

 

I'm grateful I spent an hour with dad today just chilling and talking and just being with him.
I'm grateful I have great friends at work.
I'm grateful there are constant resources and stories around us that help and can help, motivate and teach us to be better.

 

I'm grateful for:
Managing to concentrate in class earlier today.
The upcoming weekend.
Going home in a couple of hours.

 

I am grateful for the ability and the willingness to stop before I go any further.

 

I am grateful for playing a boardgame with friends last evening.
I am grateful that I managed to immediately recover after my last relapse, which is already almost 3 weeks ago.
I am grateful that I will see my family tonight.

 

I'm grateful that I am having a quiet morning today.

 

I'm grateful for following things today:

1. For this amazing day.
2. For the great life I'm living!
3. For my good mood today.
4. For the new posts here!
5. For my new contact lenses. Daily lenses it is now!
6. For the continuous progress of recovering from this devilish addiction!

 

I'm grateful I'm going to sleep earlier today.
I'm grateful friday is almost over.
I'm grateful for meditation music.

 

I am grateful that it is Saturday and I can rest.
I am grateful that i have one more week before my holiday.
I am grateful for all the love I get from friends and family.

 

I am grateful for having a really supportive family.
I am grateful that it's weekend.
I am grateful that I have a good friend at my study.

 

I'm grateful for:
Several days of rain.
Spending the weekend with my family.
Catching up on some hours of sleep.
