I am grateful for having a few hours last night to reflect to myself about how I got here, where I'm going and what really matters

I am grateful to still be pmo free

I am grateful for having no shortage of good people around me now

 

I am grateful for being beyond 90 days again, i will defend this streak with all i got, hell yes
I am grateful for having dinner with my daughter today, i'm working daily on being the father she always thought i am, and i will get there !
I m grateful for all the good things in my life, i lost count of how many i really have...

I’m grateful for time to read
I’m grateful for a job

 

I am grateful for the good night of sleep that I had.
I am grateful that I did not relapse yesterday even though I was really tired.
I am grateful to have two really good friends that I see on a daily basis.

 

I’m grateful for not staying up really late last night.
I’m grateful for making it past a tough night without relapsing.
I’m grateful for having the power to forgive myself.

 

I am grateful for another day alive.
I am grateful for having a partner that cares and loves me despite my flaws.
I am grateful for my family and friends that always support me.

 

For my mom
For my acquaintances
For my future

 

I am grateful for the dinner with my daughter
I am grateful for being able to recover from my pmo addiction
I am grateful for just being alive, it's awesome

 

I am grateful for this forum, because it helps me to keep up my streak during difficult times.

yesterday so full of smiles and laughter and kind words, the refreshing of my spirit with an abundance of relationships

finding a friend who has similar concerns about leadership

Escaping from this kooky college pastor

Not being as afraid to be myself here as I was back home

Sleeping a little more than usual so I can recharge on this releatively low energy day

I am grateful for seeing friends yesterday evening that I hadn't seen in a while.
I am grateful that I didn't relapse when I got home late last evening, because urges were there.
I am grateful for nice new clothes that I ordered.

I am grateful for being able to say "no" to pmo day after day

for having a roommate that leaves on the weekends lol

I am grateful for having posted in this thread for 30 days in a row, since I feel it has made a difference. I plan on continuing to do so.
