I am grateful for being at home today
I am grateful for feeling just happy without any particular reason
I am grateful to have a shelter and food, warm water and good shoes to walk

 

I’m grateful for realising that I’m often dishonest by telling selected truths.
I’m grateful that I feeling stronger.
I’m grateful that I can see my addictive behaviour is damaging.

I realized some things about myself lately. Some knots begin to unknot and it feels great.
Self confidence is beginning to float into my existance. Forgiveness and strength go hand in hand.

As for my journey, I am thankful to be alive.

3. For the many things I did today!
4. For my friends and family.
5. For this awesome forum here!
6. For being able to speak 3 languages fluently. Love it! Additionally, I can speak 2 other languages, somewhat. Maybe I shall improve on them?
7. For realizing, once more, that not everyone is as smart like us Fapstronaut.
8. For eating quite nicely today.
9. For my plans for the morrow!

i am grateful for finding another, new, deep layer in my own personality and in life in general.
