1. I am grateful for conquering day 3 NOPMO. It's a daily battle for me, considering my temptations and dark fantasies.
2. I am grateful for doing a little workout to get my body moving.
3. I am grateful for being in abundance and prosperity.
4. I am grateful for having internet.

 

Day 4

1. I'm grateful for a relaxing warm shower after a long day working in the rain.
2. I'm thankful for being able to more clearly experience all 5 of my senses after one week of NoFap.
3. I'm thankful for my lifelong friends.

 

1. I'm grateful for my meditation. I am grateful for my 40mins of meditation.
2. I'm grateful for today's meeting. I enjoyed today's football meeting.
3. I'm grateful for spending time on my Spanish. I've nearly spent the whole day learning Spanish.

 

I am grateful for imagination.
I am grateful for dreams.
I am grateful for nature.
I am grateful for wind (such a tangible reminder that everything is connected).
I am grateful for music.
I am grateful for silence.

 

I am grateful for being alive
I am grateful for being healthy
I am greatfull to learn there are still people who are compassionate

I am thankful for being back on nofap after a 3 week hiatus it feels good to be back on track.

1) I woke up with lots of energy.
2) I got invited to a great party in a couple of weeks.
