2. I'm grateful for making the decision to converting to vegetarianism at the start of the year. For some while now, it's been on my mind to cut meat out of my diet. So start of the decided "why not just change today and right?" so I did. Watching the documentary mentioned above, eating livestock has a direct impact on the global environment. Another reason my decision is right.
3. I'm grateful for this present moment. Hopefully, one day the future generations can see a better system. This present moment is all that there is.

1. I'm grateful that my workout went decent despite low sleep.
2. I'm grateful that my cut seems to be coming along nicely. I can already see a difference in the mirror after just under 2 weeks.
3. I'm grateful that I feel myself awakening and feeling more alive lately.

 

Today I'm grateful for my wife. She is such an amazing woman and I'm so lucky to have her by my side each and every day.
I'm also grateful for my job, because if I didn't have that I wouldn't be able to have much else. Three and a half years and counting.
And I'm grateful for my ability to go to school via the GI bill. Without those who have fought for veterans to have a good education I wouldn't be able to have this opportunity to learn about my passion. Thank you to those people.
I'm also thankful for human evolution, which has brought me every single one of these emotions which I have to study and control.

1. I'm grateful for buying pens. The pens I've bought are 12 G2 Pilot 0.38mm consisting of black, blue, red and green for under £20 pounds.
