***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

1. I'm grateful for a good workout today.
2. I'm grateful that my latest video is now ranking on the first page for the main intended search term I wanted it to rank for. This is also the search term that being on the first page for has brought in over 680,000 views to my channel already, all from one other video - so it should start getting a good amount of daily views and help bring some new people to my channel.
3. I'm grateful for the money I'm saving by no longer consuming any drinks other than water - and also by not drinking alcohol lately.

 

Today:

1. I'm greatful that most (if not all) of my problems are existential
2. I'm grateful that I've completed my degree, and can start looking for work in my field and,
3. I'm greatful for this thread, to remind myself to be greatful for what do I have. thanks Bushido Warrior!

1. I'm grateful for my new beanie (hat). I used my gift card that gratefully got for my secret Santa and bought a beanie that just cost me £8. So, therefore, I still have £2 pounds left on the card.
2. I'm grateful for plums. There are so tasty and healthy.
3. I'm grateful for spending time with my mate. Went to town and that's' where I got my hat.

 

Today,
I'm grateful for having a physical body and being able to act & do.

1. I'm grateful that today's video is ready and just has to finish uploading. Took me quite some time to get this one planned, recorded, edited, tagged, etc. Several hours. So it's nice to be finished now.
2. I'm grateful that tomorrow is a workout day. Feeling very motivated. Looking forward to smashing out my Squats and Deadlifts with ease.
3. I'm grateful for January being half way over. I'm not a massive fan of cold weather. Things tend to warm up here in late March or so. So every day that gets closer to then is nice.

1. I'm grateful for my team getting a draw. My under 7's team played today but I couldn't watch it as I'm still recovering.
2. I'm grateful for each day. Though I'm recovering, each day is a blessing.
