***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

1. I'm grateful for my home I can live in.
2.Im grateful for my senses that I can smell, touch, hear, taste and see.
3. I'm grateful for my friends supporting me.

 

1. I'm grateful that I get to celebrate Christmas tomorrow (Yes, here in Poland where I live now people celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve, in the evening)
2. I'm grateful for the progress I've made in the past 7 months bulking. It's nice to look back at where I started and where I am now, and think about where I'll be a year from now too.
3. I'm grateful that the Bitcoin is continuing to rise as I predicted. Sadly I didn't invest earlier this year since I simply didn't have enough cash to spare, but a friend recently sent me like $34 worth of BTC he had sitting around as a thank you for helping him out, and so I think I'll leave that in BTC for a while (it's already ~$42 now and it's only been there a couple weeks) and add some more to it every so often.

 

I am grateful for being able to spend Christmas with my family.
I am grateful for the rain coming today.
I am grateful to have decided to not binge on my last relapse.

I am grateful for doing this challange again. It became a routine for me after finishing it, and something I lacked in the past 10 days. So here I go again, feeling gratitude.

1. I'm grateful for having found an interesting piece of animation/whiteboard software that could be really useful for my YouTube channel. It's a little on the pricey side, but I'm considering it because it'd certainly make for a lot nicer to watch videos than simply watching me talk with nothing fun happening on screen.
2. I'm grateful for all the abundance I've experienced and great things that have happened to me in 2015 and 2016.
3. I'm grateful for the meal I'm about to eat and show I'm about to watch.

 

Came back from a holiday. Back to the gratitude attitude.

1. I'm grateful for today's haircut. Today, as I entered the barber shop, I got my turn within minutes.
2. I'm grateful for meditation. I used to have a daily practice of meditation but it's quite some time I haven't done meditation. Today morning I tried 30 minutes of meditation. Towards the end, it was difficult.
3. I'm grateful for my holiday. I went India to see my family and I am grateful for their hospitality.

2. I am grateful for the weight and muscle that I put on.

6. I am grateful for David Bowie whom I now conisder an idol.

 

1. I am grateful for having had an awesome 2016. So many good people passed away this year, so many other people are having a horrible year - so I feel lucky to have had such a great year.
2. I am grateful that it hasn't really been that cold this year yet. I seem to remember last year around this time constantly feeling like I was freezing when the heating wasn't on, but this year it's not that bad.
3. I am grateful for a good workout today.

3. I am grateful I am learning to be able to give myself some wisdom. In the past I've always found it one thing to teach or help others, but I would often find myself struggling when it came to giving myself advice. Lately this is less and less the case.

2. I am grateful for the books I have, they gave me joy and improvement.
3. I am grateful for pursuing knowledge everyday, it makes me wiser everyday that pass, it gave me many interesting and deep conversations, it gives joy and porpuse to my life
