The flatline is on ! Need to stay strong.

26 days in and I think I am now into my flatline.

Until 3 days ago, I was jumping with energy.

But over the last 3 days, no energy. No motivation. No morning wood. No desire. Anxiety is back. Confidence is down. No attraction from women. I just want to do nothing.

Need to keep telling myself that this is just a phase and there's the sun behind these clouds.

It's a sick feeling but need to be strong now !
