I hope to start a new life with this second opportunity that I am giving myself. My childhood and adolescence were last in Montreal, Canada, more precisely between five and twenty-one. I could never complain about lack of girlfriends, but when I came to Portugal, things changed, as I was about to start, a new life and I knew, just the family and little else, my friendships were more of the male sex and how I needed the computer to work, little by little, pornography was coming into my life. Masturbation was part of my life for eighteen years, it was almost every day, then came the feeling of guilt, but the next day, I would come back and then there would be a sense of guilt again and that was for eighteen years. Therefore, I hope, with the help of nofap and of those who are part of it, to change my habits and improve my quality of life, as well as relationships with women. By the way ..... thank you.

Welcome brother! I'm so glad you made it here! If I could offer one word of advice it would be to stay consistent. Keep up with this and log daily. I'm behind you all the way! Fight hard!

Thanks for the message of comfort and I sincerely hope that you also get far on your walk here. Here it is as in the church, we are all brothers and we fight all together, in the fight against a thing that often, can be worse than the addiction of the game or even of the drug and that kills our souls little by little.
