The feeling post sex (days after)

hey ok so I'm wanting to find out how people feel emotionally, mentally and physically post sex??

For me straight after I feel great, never tired, more awake if anything but I've noticed the day or two after I feel a little lethargic (drained in a way) this usually after 3-4 times of having sex at the weekend... But I'm also more susceptible to negative thoughts (similar to a hangover) I also slightly turn beta male and start questioning my confidence with women and if they really like me. By day 4-5 I'm back to normal.

Now this doesn't happen every time but these are some things I've noticed,
