YES! You all are doing a wonderful job! =)

    Update:
Kettlebells. I work with the two that I have here and must say... I love them.
I train with them every day. Those sexy things cannot go untouched when I see them...RAWR! =D

I'm back on working on my techniques. Good form first! =)

All the best and stay strong!

Day 6, another miss. I'm getting horrible cramps when I exercise, maybe stretching exercises are a bad idea.

A question, does one continue with cramps to make it easier with time or is it better to take a break?

I would suggest you to take a break and check if you had enough sleep, proper nutrition, relaxation, etc.
If not a break, continuing lightly is advisable.

    Stay strong!

    Update:
    Kettlebell exercises.

Thank you for the advice my friend, I guess it's my improper sleep schedule, I'll work on that first!

You're doing great, keep going! :)

Thank you! =) Yes, do that.
If that still doesn't work, watch what you eat. Continue with light training.

    Update:
Did a nice kettlebellsession with goblet squats, snatches, presses etc.. I think about buying a heavier one soon.
Or it might be better to master that weight first...haha
    Cheers!

I did not hit the gym for 3 weeks. I was finally in the gym again and it just felt awesome! I did legs today and I have to say that I am really exhuasted right now. I just want to sleep.

I did squats and leg press and back-leg raises. 300kg leg press. Have to get past the 110kg in squats again.

Keep the good work up everyone! Good to see that this thread is still thriving

Yes buddy, I'm fed up of my irregular schedule, both in exercise and in sleep. I haven't done anything to work on them due to uni work but I'll do that from today :) How did you build up a routine?

Your sports challenge sounds really fun!

    Awesome!!
Thank you for the thread my friend, great idea!! :)

Yeah, the challenge was quite a lot of fun. :D
    About the routine:
I try to have my computer off in the evening. I regularly go to bed about 10 p.m. and wake up by myself around 6:30 a.m.
Having mobile phone/ computer screen/ other bright light sources off for the last hour before sleeping helps getting in the mood. :)
Considering the exercise schedule: I have some fixed training times with my martial arts classes. In addition to them I have two kettlebells here that are just too sexy
not to touch every day. :D
A tip for building a (sport) routine is this: Introduce it as a habit.
    1) Have a triggering point for the action. For example: Right after waking up/brushing your teeth/coming home etc.
    2) Have a very small minimum requirement. For example: I will do at least 1 push up/pull up/squat/ whatever. It has to be so ridiculously small that you would laugh about yourself for not doing it.
    3) Reward yourself afterwards. With a good smile/breakfast/ the good feeling having done what you wanted to do etc.

    Alright. I hope this helps.
    Have fun with it!

    Update:
I had an intensive martial arts session yesterday and I am done for the weekend. My body shall be allowed to recover.

    All the best!
