Three days into the challenge I was very confident. I didn't have many temptations but when I did once, I threw the iPad across the room and went to go exercise.
Cold showers helped a lot to get through the say without any problem. They helped a lot through week one.

    Week two.

I was very confident and proud. On day 8 I never knew I would have gone this far. I was happier at times but I was also moody once in a while. Then on day 9, I looked at very softcore P but only for 10 minutes. Wasn't worth resetting my badge.
So here I am at day 10. I've been having small urges but I fight through them easily. I've also been reading /r/getmotivated.
My goal is still set for 40 days. I've been reading other journals and reports on this forum and on /r/nofap and I'm starting to get a little nervous about the future. But I am still going strong. Wish me luck for the future

Way to push through the 9th day. You should be proud of yourself. I know how difficult it is.

I am at day 31 not looking at porn. It has been easier then no MO. I have been for last month working towards 30days in steps. So far 6 days has been the longest I have gone. It has not been an addiction. After so long I get so aroused and horny I can not take it. It gets to a point I am fighting the urge every minute of the day. This would seem odd given I am 45 and my testosterone is 280 which they tell me is at the low end of the range for my age.

Congrats on 10 days and best of luck on 40 days.
