    Hey all. I was just referenced to this site by my pastor and I am very impressed and excited to see so many people attempting to abstain from pornographic filth. I have been fighting to kill my addiction for many years and look forward to hearing about the fights and victories of those on this page and consider it a privilege to combat within the ranks of those that wish to live lives freed from any vices.

    Welcome to nofap. I'm a newbie here too. I've already read a lot of journals and picked up some good tips. I think its a great place to learn how to stop this.
