The Alpha Male: Road to a better life why setting goals defeats porn.

I'm only 8 days into my PM journey, and I must say that it's going great. I have so many goals i've wanted to accomplish and pornography has held me back from 90 percent of them. Why? because I lacked confidence, motivation, self-sufficiency, and most of all effort. So here are my goals to becoming a better person, and to keep away from porn and stay away.

1.Confidence- Become genuinely confident in everything. Meaning having a healthy view of myself, and being comfortable around women, and others without going over the top. Talking to any women without the fear of rejection.

2.Good Manners- I consider myself to be a loving, and nurturing person but because of my INTJ personality I can come off as being mean or a jerk even though i'm not.

3.Well Groomed- We can't do anything about the way we naturally look and should embrace more about ourselves as human beings. With that being said I want to make sure my hair is neat and trimmed. Teeth white, breath fresh, beard cut, skin clear, dressed well and mustache trimmed. Though at times I think i'm ugly most women say that i'm handsome, some women don't find me attractive.

4.Communication Skills- I want to be able to talk to anyone without feeling the need to dominate the conversation or feel that I need to say nothing at all to feel like what i'm saying is interesting.

5.Be More Responsible- I finally have found a career path along with some certifications I want to earn. I have always been bad with spending money, and just in the pass year have gotten more responsible with it. Hold down a job and stick with it.

6. Find some new hobbies- Sometimes I can get stuck in a rut and comfortable only with what I like never stepping out of my box. Hopefully this month and next month I can do if not all most of these new hobbies. Dancing, photography, poetry, museums, writing, trying new restaurants and foods.

7.Travel- I am 25 years old and haven't been to many places before in which i'd love to travel the world and see. Some places involve ireland, dubai, vegas etc.

8.Date and Marry a beautiful woman inside and out- Pornography has made me view women as sex objects and if I want to see the beauty in the woman I don't want to view this. I know for a fact that marriage would help me out a lot emotionally being able to think a little less a well, and viewing my wife as my partner and only form of nudity I should be looking at.
