    I think its the alcohol after a long day at work, and im all tired. That will have to stop. I get into this "who cares" attitude sometimes. But damn do i feel shitty lol, its crazy what porn can do to your brain and body smh

I was on day seven ive been doing 3 day/2 day challenges, so your on day 9 be proud of that, but what i was doing was focusing on each challenge to make it more manageable for all of us.     So i think its a withdrawal symptom but not positive,.. i hit my head last night.. on the hard side, it deff hurt but i didnt feel like i was going to pass out or anything, i dont have any strong concussion symptoms but i guess you can say some things seem like its on the concussion side.
    I do feel a little dazed today, my full focus isnt there, but im not sure if its just withdrawal from relapsing a night ago or my head getting hit.

  19. Usually, it's every 2 or 3 days where my urges are at their strongest point. I realized that my trigger are my thoughts in the morning and boredom of eyes at night excessive internet use. So i'd say take these steps if you're serious about it.

    1. Master your mind no matter how much it says watch porn give yourself reasons not to watch it period. (Guard Thoughts) the thoughts tell you a little bit of what is going on is ok. Which leads to edging.

    2.Do not edge this what leads to a plain relapse. You'll start viewing a little and start wanting to see more. You become unsatisfied with a little and with the urge to want more. You'll crave to see it. Don't even like a mild form of pornography even though it's not a relapse don't like at internet models, women showing how big their buts have become because of working out, poses anything that gives you sexual thoughts or simulation.

    3.Watch the steps you're actually taking towards porn. I had to have someone hold my accountable so I had them put code in my phone to limit and restrict adult content. That way even if I give into the temptation I can't see it because it's blocked. Remove devices or things that keep you going back to relapse.
