I was first introduced to porn when I was 11 y/o when I caught my bro keeping his porn CD in his room. My sis and I got curious on it and we watched the CD.

    Fast forward.

When I was in high school I had easy accessibility of I internet. I watched soft porn up until now.

My addiction in pornography is not that serious because I only watch softporn on YouTube and I watch porn rarely (once a week/ once 2 weeks). But it's getting serious personally because I feel softporn is kinda boring but I don't have any courage to go to porn website yet. I wish to never across those pornography websites. And despite all the conditions, I've been battling in pornography for almost 10 years.

    I want to stop. Really.

  3. Hello, and welcome to NoFap! :D

I'm glad to hear that you haven't gotten into porn as seriously as a lot of us here have yet, and that you've made the decision to stop before it goes any further, that's a great thing.

Trust me, you don't want anything to do with porn sites. If you haven't gone to one yet, stop while you're ahead and make the decision to never go to one!

As @Tiger uppercut! posted, there's all the links to the various things on NoFap. You'll want to start the day counter, journal, etc. The journal is something that I really do recommend you start, it can help tremendously to keep you motivated and to keep it fresh in your mind all the reasons why you're getting away from porn.

Good luck, stay strong, and fight on!

  4. Thanks for sharing your story. You've made the right choice to try to stop. Don't just try to stop porn, but start something new that can interest your mind away from porn. I found that when I interact with people on this website, it helps cool the desire I have to do something sexually; so you've made the right choice getting on here.
