    Go to sleep at the same time (9 to 10) and wake up without an alarm. Do this for a week and you will start to wake up at the same time every day. Then you'll know how much sleep you need to feel rested. Make sure you exercise too as that can make you more energetic.

  2. I was like that before to, I got rid of that through no pmo, a healthy diet, cold showers, and a consistent sleep schedule.
