I saw this and the comments below seem to belittle the piece which I felt was well written and articulate. Because porn and fapping has inculcated so many aspects of every day life, anyone who dares to suggest there's some aspect of it which is harmful comes off as seeming prudish, anti-male or anti-good time! We are in the throes of something which is taking a lot of people's lives over and not for the better. As perverse as this sounds, I'm glad I have a problem with fapping and have found NoFap because I can see where all of this is heading and it's nowhere good.

Thanks for the link! I thought it was a well written article also. The problem is that when you are in a addiction mindset it is hard to acknowledge and accept the reality of how the addiction is in fact hurting and harming your well being. Most of the angry comments I read on the comment section of that article claim that there is nothing wrong with porn but can they who claim porn is harmless go for just 90 days without porn and say that it is good with continuing to watch porn and be addicted? I am not here to judge but I stand firm with my commitment to stay clean. Ultimately people have their own free will and should choose their own path they believe is best for them. No matter how many times you tell someone something is hurting them they might not listen so it is better for them to seek the truth on their own time when they choose to understand and not to hold on to their lifestyle.
