Here is a talk on TED about mental health that is really touching and I just wanted to share.

I think what he says is true not only about African people but also in Europe and America and Asia, actually everywhere.

I hate how people always consider mental diseases to be somehow apart all the other somatic diseases and as if mental problems were the choice of the mentally ill or a result of their lack of will or something else... It shocks me that even between medical professionals this is still the case.
