You are worth something. I beleive in God who loves you and gave everything for you to have a relasionship with him. You are worth something.

People love you. You effect other people around you in a possitive way.

Start small, go to a few groups (I go to church etc) and get involved or pick something you like and google for a group in your area.

Google being a friend to yourself / how to do small talk etc and atart small. Chat to people every day (little by little as much as you can). Research has shown that the small convos with people like shop assistants can have a massive impact on our lives (and theirs).

Man, that feeling is rough, even more if you have company and still feel lonely. I think that the only way to deal effectively is to be confortable with yourself and then with the things sorrounding you... the good thing is that by being here and working to quit porn you're moving towards a worthwhile goal and something that will get you peace.
