Symptoms: Very Tired

    I'm on day 4, and I'm really tired. I'm sleeping 10 hours a night. It's great, in a way, but I'm tired during the day, too. Fortunately, it's not interfering with my daily activities.

    Side note: I also gave up caffeine to help the process.

    On the plus side, I do feel more at peace. I feel that odd urge for adrenaline, but my mood is stabilizing. I've shared before, I exercise, read, and socialize regularly already, the result of dealing with drug/alcohol addiction. I hope that means that my recovery will not be quite as sever as my previous one!

    I have just had a day like that also. Was not able or willing to do anything this afternoon at all!

    Last time I had a decent streak a lot of the times when I was at home alone and tempted I would just go for a nap or to sleep instead. I guess today has been a bit like that. Hopefully will feel more nergised tomorrow!
