Not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but has anyone tried using supplements to assist with recovery from PIED?

I seem to have suffered PIED for years to a lesser or greater degree, and often turned to generic v***ra to help with intercourse. I was watching porn most nights and edging for about an hour each time, which I suspect is the main cause of my PIED.

I would love to be able to get a rock hard erection (that would stay up) and wondered whether any supplements might help achieve that. Obviously v***ra would work, but it feels pretty unnatural, whereas I did try some L'arginine a while back, which seemed to give me a more natural erection, I.e would still need stimulation to work, as opposed to v***ra, which just gave me instant and outrageously hard wood. This method isn't great for maintaining a normal sex life I found, as I would need to then anticipate sex, as opposed to it happening naturally.

I should add that I've tried a few brands of l'arginine and only found one of them (which is no longer available) to work as expected.

What happens after those 6 weeks?

  5. Be really careful, because these medications can damage your neural and cordial system (especially heart). It is necessary to meet the specialists (urologist and psychologist as well) and stop PMOing.

Better erections. It increases blood flow to the penis. Not meant to be taken forever.

Thanks. I've got some l'arginine here, so may try boosting it a bit.

Out of interest, has anyone seen any benefits by using any of the following (supplements or otherwise):

    Beets
    Spinach/Arugula
    Cocoa
    Pomegranate
    Watermelon

I take ashwagandha twice a day. Recently I've been drinking Korean ginseng tea and horny goat weed tea. Also been eating more oranges, watermelon, almonds, walnuts and drinking pomegranate juice.

Lmao of course you have to stop watching porn and jerkin off. Eating certain foods and supplements aren't the only answer obviously but they do help alot in recovery. In my experience at least

Nobody is saying porn isn’t the major cause but the supplements I mentioned do help erections. You aren’t going to have rock hard erections if you whack off all the time but to give you a little extra help they work.
