This challenge is very simple and has six tiers. The rules are thus: 1. No PMO of any kind. 2. Begin/continue a workout routine for the entire challenge. 3. Eat clean. 4. Keep your streak counter visible. 5. Keep a daily log of your journey through this challenge 6. Give this challenge your all. The tiers of this challenge: Tier 1: Trainee. Tier one is from days 0-15. This is the start of your journey so it is the most important step. Get your game plan in order and stick to a good routine. Tier 2: Saiyan level. From days 15-30, this is where you start realizing your potential and seeing some changes in yourself. Tier 3: Super Saiyan. Days 30-90. When you reach day 30, you reach Super Saiyan level. The full effects of nofap will be at a strong level and you should have made some good progress physically. You will feel incredible. Tier 4: Super Saiyan 2. This tier is when you reach 90-180 days. You will be stronger and more confident than you’ve ever been. Tier 5: Super Saiyan 3. Super Saiyan 3 is from 180-365 days. Keep strong and work harder than you ever have before, this is where it counts. Tier 6: Super Saiyan Godmode. Super Saiyan Godmode is reserved for those who can make it over a year running nofap. This is the greatest tier available and you will carry your achievement with pride forever. Keep track of your level and keep it in your profile description.
