This challenge is very simple and has six tiers. The rules are thus:
    1. No PMO of any kind.
    2. Begin/continue a workout routine for the entire challenge.
    3. Eat clean.
    4. Keep your streak counter visible.
    5. Keep a daily log of your journey through this challenge
    6. Give this challenge your all.

    The tiers of this challenge:
Tier 1: Trainee. Tier one is from days 0-15. This is the start of your journey so it is the most important step. Get your game plan in order and stick to a good routine.
Tier 2: Saiyan level. From days 15-30, this is where you start realizing your potential and seeing some changes in yourself.
Tier 3: Super Saiyan. Days 30-90. When you reach day 30, you reach Super Saiyan level. The full effects of nofap will be at a strong level and you should have made some good progress physically. You will feel incredible.
Tier 4: Super Saiyan 2. This tier is when you reach 90-180 days. You will be stronger and more confident than you’ve ever been.
Tier 5: Super Saiyan 3. Super Saiyan 3 is from 180-365 days. Keep strong and work harder than you ever have before, this is where it counts.
Tier 6: Super Saiyan Godmode. Super Saiyan Godmode is reserved for those who can make it over a year running nofap. This is the greatest tier available and you will carry your achievement with pride forever.

Keep track of your level and keep it in your profile description.

I just broke my 8 day streak to some soft core bullshit all because I edged myself for a while. From now on I will keep this as a log for my own personal progress as I advance to super saiyan levels
Edit: completely relapsed, time to start over

Day one lessons: 1. if you start to edge at all, you will relapse. Don’t edge yourself.
    2. Revert to the panic button if there is even a tiny bit of drive to release.
After relapsing as hard as I did I will use this fire to commit 100% to this challenge

Day two went fairly well, only had minor urges but overcame them fairly easily. I've been super lazy the past two days so I need to start going back to working out

I know exactly how you feel. But you didn‘t lose. You lose if you give up now.

Day three started out great, had no trouble getting through until tonight. I just relapsed but I swear to my new brothers that I will never relapse again

Today was no problem, worked out hard and made some progress. One step closer to overcoming my addiction.
I learned from an emergency button post on reddit that actions follow thoughts. Boy is that ever true. Rebooting the brain to stop thinking of sex and pornography is one if the hardest things I’ve ever tried to do. This challenge will take my entire heart and soul to overcome but I will do it
