    Indeed they are. Hangovers, boring, relaxing, lot of urges to fap, often at home because it is weekend and you can,,t be that busy, tired because you need to spend some time at home and just relax... TV with a lot of triggers. This is the day of the week I fight as hard as I can!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes very true. I went out on Friday night and have been feeling strong urges all weekend and it's because of the hangover. I've managed to stay strong though!

    I'd suggest not drinking as much during your reboots, seeing as you are currently in a more vulnerable mental state. No hangover, easier to resist the urge no?

    Add some structure to your Sunday! If you must lounge and be hungover do it in public or at a friends house so you can resist the urge. Make a plan to keep yourself busy and follow that plan strictly. Do WHATEVER you need to do to succeed
