Summer challenges.

    Got a 12 week holiday ahead of me. Some stuff I want to try. Of course I will do what I can healthily manage but I don't want to waste the next 3 months.

    -Ride bike again, learn to do tricks
    -Learn electric guitar.
    -Gym early morning. 3-4 days a week.
    -On other days early run or walk with dog.
    - Continue to eat healithly, no junk food on weekdays.
    - Meditation in mornings, afternoons amd evenings.
    - Limit phone usage to 2 hours a day max.
    - Continue cold showers
    - And continue nofap of course.

    - No screens after 8:00
    - Research topics of interest
