I'm having intense desires from eating too much sugar, it seems to inflame my body and makes me feel like MO. I don't want to get caught in this trap again so I'm coming here instead. I'm going to forego the sugar cravings for awhile to avoid the PMO cravings that come along afterwards. Just thought I'd pass along what's happening to me so as to maybe spread some awareness to others as to a possible trigger that is widespread. I think the blood sugar spike causes a rev in toxins or something and I feel like the only way to end it is PMO or to drink my water (which I'm doing) and wait it out with some yardwork and activity.

I hope someone gets alittle help from this. I'm going to chug a couple cups of agua and start weedeating.

  2. YES. Sugar was a factor in the last porn viewing day I had a couple months ago. My body still demands it, and it has caused me to jack it in the shower since, but...
    CAFFEINE is a bigger enemy.

Addicts are often addicted to a handful of different things. Lack of self-control in one area can breed it in another. So, I'd hypothesize that sugar isn't directly related to porn addiction...but sugar is super addictive. So I guess both of them get you in a state of just pursuing momentary highs via a lack of discipline?

  5. I’m having a harder time kicking the sugar habit than the PMO habit. I’m incredibly addicted to it.

Right now it’s small chunk at a time. Been off the cakes, pies, and ice cream. Need to stay away from cookies and soda now.

  6. Chunk it out month by month, do your soda and cookies this month, next month choose some more items, continue onwards...
but allow yourself the occasional exception.

And as the doctor, I prescribe vitamins.

Megavitamins, to be precise. Make sure to take them with lots of water, they don't go down too easily.

The struggle is very real. The science-y types have tested addiction in rats between hard drugs and sugar--sugar is more addictive. You're off to a good start!

When I eat a sizable amount of sugar it seems to cause my body to desire PMO more than usual by far and maybe it's part of the sugar high but I also feel as though it's my body's way of trying to remove the poison/toxins produced from it out of my system. Thanks for all the replies guys I'm taking it easy on sugar now and still moving forwards. I've found complex carbs like oatmeal to be helpful in filling my belly without any negative side effects.
