successfully recovered but PE still there, please help :(

*Sorry for my bad English*

im 35 years old, i was perfectly fine with my sexual activities got good stamina in bed with my girlfriend, 10 to 15min was normal after hugging kissing and licking, i wasn't fan of porn stuff but yeah i was every time horny whenever i speak with my girlfriend on phone always masturbate while talking with my girlfriend on phone almost everyday.

and after few months i realized my erection is getting lower day by day and i started losing my hair as well i was really worried , i stopped masturbate i started healthy food used onion for erection and Psyllium Husk and some other stuff as well, add some zinc dry fruits in everyday intakes , after few months like 4 to 5 months i felt better erection was back but than i noticed my PE started now i cum in few seconds i think PE more hurts you then ED.

now i'm here to ask you guys for some help, i heard about kegel and reverse kegel,
normal kegel is easy to understand but im confused about reverse kegel tried to search on google but didn't get anything clear, so guys do you think regular kegel and reverse kegel would help me out of PE ?

* i'm thinking to join gym for proper workout is it good idea for cure of PE ?
* could you guys please tell me how to do reverse kegel any vdo like or anything ?

yes hair fall stopped and growing up slowly slowly
