I have not posted here for a while. I remain PMO free and wish this for you all too.
Do not allow 'fighting PMO' to become as much a downer as PMO itself; just remember that you are not the kind of person who PMOs. You think it's for losers and that's not you. Live your day by that principle.

As for the advantages of not having PMO in my life: the main one is of self worth. Not having the 'virtual harem' has allowed me to see women as human beings (for better as well as for worse) and has allowed me to see myself as a human being too (as opposed to a passive-receptive consumer). In all honesty I feel so much more alert, braver, out-spoken, principled and stable than when I was doped on P.
