    How do I deal with the constant state of "subarousal'? Does it ever go away? It's beginning to drive me nuts. I feel like I should just masturbate so it ends.

    It does go away, but only if you hang in there and endure through it. Saying "I'll just MO to get past this" is what an addict says to himself so he can have "just one more." It is a lie. Do not believe it. The *only* way out is *through* and you cannot microwave the result. It takes time.

    It's hard. No doubt about it. but what other choice do we have? The only other option to discipline is disaster.
