Stumbled upon porn

    So I stumbled upon porn. I didn’t look it up, but I clicked on a video. I watched it for 5 minutes before closing it and realizing it was bad. Should I reset? I’m on day 4, I just haven’t reset my counter. If I shouldn’t reset, should I go back a few days? Like to day 3 or day 2? And a final question: what effects did this have on me?
