So I've always been into personal development for the past 10 years, but the past year it's non-existent, I was dog training, contracting and training with another dog behaviourist...Basically working for myself, things were going well until she let me go from her business without warning and unexpectedly. I invested money and time. I think that was the final straw.

I feel empty, I'm struggling, I'm having more bad day then good. I know i have so much to be grateful for, ive got my soulmate, a beautiful 2 year old and another one on the way but mentally and emotionally struggling.

I'm now back to working "9 to 5" type job...continental shifts, 4 on 4 off, just feel every time i take one step forward i go two steps back.

Anyway i'm here for help, to get me back into personal development, advice, self-improvement exercises i can do, meditation, gratitude etc Just need pointing in the right direction, as at the moment i feel hopeless to do it myself

You could go to a therapist to help you in doing a life schedule. I'm not so experienced at that since I am still young, but don't worry old people will come here and help you in that. What I can do now is hope for you to get better soon.

    Thanks Brother!

Just to add also I think it doesn't help as well as I'm worrying about money constantly, my pay drop quite a bit, I've had this loan and credit card in the back off my mind for a while now and with our mortgage with got a bad rate...due to credit history. So we're paying £200 more a month than we should be and 3 quarters of that is interest!! Only have to wait another year and we can remortgage and get a lot better rate.

I know a stupid insignificant thing to worry about, but struggle shaking it out of my mind.

And I thought all countries who belong to the Europe union have high salary incomes... Anyway you can try doing YouTube channel very common now and do very good amount of money.

My wage is average but most likely alot more than in third world countries. If only Youtube was that easy to earn money quick ha! Plus don't really think that is relevant to myself

The UK and France are not wealthy countries anymore (they have large economical problems) and especially not my home-country (Sweden) which has become the poor-house of Western Europe. It used to be one of the best countries in the world to live in 50 years ago but due to socialist policies and 80 years of essentially one-party rule with the Social Democrats in charge which has really ruined it, many people who can try to leave it. Also, our currency starts to look like that of many banana republics in the third world so Swedish kronors (SEK) won't give you very much purchasing power when abroad either.
