Strongest urges for the first time in 50 days

    I’ve been in flatline for a while and don’t really get any urges But I’ve been having the strongest urges since yesterday. I obviously would never give in to them. I went to the beach and cleared my mind and swam today.


    I’ve also been feeling a lot attraction to the women around me and the girls I talk to. I feel horny again, does this mean I’m making progress after the flatline?

    Seems like your making good progress to me. Stick with it.
    May be time to connect with real women soon. All while continuing no PM of course.

    I agree. We all travel different paths along this journey... perhaps it is time to replace PMO with a natural healthy relationship

    Thank you guys.
    I’ve actually been dating a girl throughout my reboot and she’s been pretty supportive.
    However, we broke up last night. It has nothing to do with the reboot though.
    I’m still thinking whether I should pursue another relationship or just continue rebooting on my own for now.

    And also strong urges after a flatline is usual.Im having a flatline now and i may have an urge at any time.So when u r in flatline,u can read about bad effects of porn and say it to urself aloud (be careful as...u know...:p).It works for me well

    Well that makes sense why you had such strong urges. A lot of this type of PMO behaviour can be linked with loneliness. Very proud to hear you are still sticking to things. There is nothing wrong with now having reactions to women. It is all a part of the process and you are enduring. GOOD WORK!
