For us, the main difference between porn and public exposue of skin is that we can choose whether or not we'll watch the former, while we can't entirely avoid the latter. It is bigger than us. So we just have to deal with it in some way.
Be mindful. Whenever you notice that you are staring for a little too long, stop it. Stop it when you feel that dopamine shootin through your neurons. When you continue your abstinence you will become sensitive towards the reactions of your brain. As long as it doesn't make you relapse, everything is fine and you will recover nonetheless. Don't worry about that.

 

Agreed there are in infinite number of possible relapse triggers in today's modern world, depending on your preferences. So far in my process whenever I see scantily clad attractive people I ask myself ' why would a girl where something where I can see her ass'?. It's because people feel good when they look good. Notice how a person acts when they are looking very appealing. It's a confidence boost in my opinion, sooooo....when I am interested in a person by the way they look, if there is a chance, then compliment them either with your eyes or with your words. When contact is made then a different perspective usually follows, most often in the form of new exciting interpersonal experiences!

As mentioned in the video on YourBrainOnPorn our brain is rewarded and dopamine is released when we start searching, seeking and craving for explicit material, reinforcing existing neural pathways. Obviously ignoring all visual stimuli is next to impossible, however you should be fine if you don't actively seek out or dwell on explicit imagery.
