Steak with ketchup

    I've never tried the combination of steak with ketchup but it sounds interesting. I think I will try it. It's probably not bad.

    I finally tried it.

    I got a rib eye steak and cooked it well done and ate it with ketchup. It wasn't good. Not recommend.

    You probably put too much ketchup. try putting a little, adds some decent flavour to it.

    I didn't use too much ketchup. It wasn't good.

    It may be good on other types of steaks because not all beef cuts tastes the same.

    I like ketchup though but sometimes it can be tricky to use it in the right context.

    Yea tbh I dont know the names of different types of steak, so I wouldn't be able to tell you which one I've tried it on lmao

    Steaks can be tricky. For example, you can buy a strip steak in one super market and buy another strip steak in another supermarket and they won't really taste the same in my opinion.

    For other people, it doesn't matter. Beef is beef. But I tend to disagree.

    The mistake was not the ketchup, but the steak. :oops: Fillet Steak is highly recommended. ;)

    • Salt and pepper to season.
    • Grill it on the bbq
    • Then take it off the grill and put some butter and minced garlic on top.
    • Wrap it in foil for a 1-2 minutes and let it sit.
    • Unwrap and enjoy.

    Amazing.
