Stay away from Horny Goat Weed while on nofap

Hey guys, i'm on day 34 of my nofap hardmode journey. Been working out for the past 6 months and gained muscle, lost about 32lbs. A friend recommended it, so I tried horny goat weed today and almost relapsed. It makes you want to fuck anything that moves, at least that is what happened to me and trust me it wasn't placebo. I did not edge or look at porn, but i noticed that i couldn't stop fantasizing. Only after i went for a run and took a cold shower did the urge vanish. Won't take it again.
