    hello guys I just masturbate and I now feel depressed like hell because I just broke the promise that I made to myself and suddenly all the bad thoughts about an addict rises in my mind. But now hopefully I joined this group I will abstains from this habit. I will upload my monthly body pictures to keep myself and the community motivated
