    Currently I am sick with a habit of porn & masturbation in a 2 days interval. I am new to NoFap and starting my first challenge of NoFap for 10 days. I need support from you all.

    We cannot hold your hand. Well I suppose some will if you ask them to. But one day you will have to save yourself. Not without guidance and coaching though.
