Starting the Journey!

    Hey everyone! I am starting out the NoFap journey. I am on my second attempt, and hopefully my last attempt, or rather, success. I have been a victim for PMO for many years and am looking to fix this problem. I would be grateful for encouragement in replies to this post. Good luck to you all!

    Welcome to the forum :)

    One of my favourite sayings regarding Nofap is that Every long journey starts with a single step

    Getting yourself a journal on this forum, and setting up a tracker in your signature is the first step on the long walk to freedom from PMO.
