    I just had my longest streak of a week going without fapping. I had even started accomplishing some stuff such as getting a new car and job, but i fell of the horse and relapsed while i was at home. Looks like ill have to start over again. hopefully i can make it more than a week, thanks to anyone who takes the time out of their day to read my ramblings.

    You can do it. Just get back on the horse.

    If you want to be really aggressive about it, find a way to block yourself from using whatever outlet you used to act out--locking down your phone, getting an internet filter, etc. Make technology your ally instead of your enemy.
