    Made it EIGHT days but I found out I need to quit alcohol as well because that caused me to relapse and it seems like it wasn't just one time but took me two days to get back so Im standing up and going to ask for Gods help to finally quit porn!

    Hey Mr Mack! sorry to hear about your relapse, it sucks. I have been there so many times over the last year and a half.What I think you ought to do is figuring out why you really want to quit porn. Write down a list if you haven't done that yet.

    Maybe you already done it, but check out yourbrainonporn.com for all info on this addiction. And maybe even better, check out "nofapacademy" on youtube. Really great stuff to help along the way.
