Starting Over Again...

    Its probably been 6 months since I first found this website and I have avoided joining up thinking Ill find the way out. I've been trying to give this crap up for 14 years now, 1/2 my life. So time for a new angle on it I guess. I'm married to a beautiful woman and cant stand to tell her I screwed up again. She and my kids deserve a better husband/father that can control himself. Even admitting that I cant stop anonymously makes me nervous. I'm hoping this is the beginning of the end. I need to quit forever.

    Hey there, welcome to NoFap.

    As you've already tried quitting, I'd suggest you to analyse those things which worked and which didn't, and come up with a strategy to beat the addiction this time. Having a strategy in place is very important since you'll face urges, triggers, etc in your journey.

    It's time you proved them that you are a better father/husband indeed
