    Hello guys ,
I have suffered from porn addiction since I was exposed to it at a young age . I can't remember how young I was when I started masturbating , I didn't even know it was a thing , but I was very young. It soon became a habit that I did not notice . Until around 3 years ago I never knew it was harming me. When I attempted to have sex with my girlfriend for the first time i wasn't able to due to me being used to masturbating. It was very depressing and this feeling of losing my masculinity got worse and worse , I stopped getting morning erections. I did end up having sex in the end , then broke up with my gf. However , since then , I have fought to overcome the urges to fap, longest I've gone is 35 days but that was 1 year ago. Whenever I fap I am depressed the whole day , I don't speak to anyone. Now every time I try to stop the most I go is 7 days and I fap again . I can't fight the urges and its destroying my life . Any suggestions would be great help. Thanks guys

You will weather the storm that brews between your legs. You will win where better men have failed and you will rise above yourself to become a better you. Because this journey is one that you must finish, this mission is one that you must complete. Will you be happy in the end? I cannot say. But in the end you will look in your mirror and see a stranger, the picture of a better you.

  3. You (like many of us) have learned to get comfort from M. Don't feel bad about it. I was doing it under age 11 but didn't know what it meant. Just got me to sleep when I felt upset. We need to find other ways of getting over stress loneliness and boredom and learn day by day how to spot the danger signals that precede a relapse. All the best for your struggle. Persist and you will succeed.

Thank you brother . I didn't know what it was either when I started , I feel like the addiction isn't my fault but I can't do anything about it , I was too young to understand , I just don't want permanent damage done to my man parts either .

  5. Don't think you can do permanent damage to your bits. Loss of sensation is common but does get better with stopping PMO. The real damage is mental. It takes a long time and a radical change of mind to control the addiction. No easy way but it is vital to get back to P free sexual function.
