Starting at NoFap

Hello everyone.
Sorry for my English because I'm Brazilian.
I have 27 years old.
I am married and at 3 years old I am in conflict with my wife (who was still my girlfriend at the time) and it has been very strong because she was with me all this time.
I have been using pornographic content for a long time and today I realized how bad this practice is how much it is putting an end to my life.
I have not had sex with my wife at times, and the last ones were still very bad mainly for her.
Today I opened and I told that I suffer from this type of vice but as was to be expected her reaction was the worst possible. Right now she's working and she says she'll leave the house when she arrives, and it's only 1hr and 30 minutes to go.
I do not know what to do.
She called me every dirty and ugly name possible, I know she's right in some ways, but I'd like her to understand me, because I love her and want to stay with her.
