Start of a new journey

    My name is Adheel, I am 28 years old snd I sm a manager at a retail store. I decided to join NoFap because I realise I have a serious issue with pornography, I am masturbating two to three days every week and constantly thinking about sex. I believe this has been detriment to my social life because when talking to a female first thing I think of is having sex with her and my desire to always want to watch porn makes me not want to go out anywhere, furthermore I have lost friends due to the addiction being very strong. I have recently come to the conclusion that in order to have a bright future, I need to cut this addiction out of my life.

    First step is to approach very seriously. Because you have a probem. And you need to treat it like a problem and say to yoursef that, when you have an urge. Clear your mind. Sleep well and plan you schedule. Stay busy. Plan everything anytime. In the end if good thing overcome that bad thing you will be free. And always approach it very seriously.
