Sperm Reabsorption

I had a 34 days streak of no PMO. When I relapsed unfortunately, my semen was very very concentrated. So if some of it was absorbed, the rate of absorption was much slower than the rate of accumulation. The buildup of pressure was what made me fail. I hope others are able to cope better.
I also didn't really feel more energetic or focused. But maybe 34 days aren't enough to feel that kind of change.

 

I'm still very new to the no PMO and nofap struggle, so I don't have too much experience and advise.
For me the benefit is to know that I'm taking charge of my life and fighting to heal myself. It's that kind of mental benefit. That leads to more happiness and more self confidence. No "superpowers", at least for me.
