Specific exercises for fast mental/physical recovery after relapse

This thread is being written right after I relpased for the fifth time today.
Regardless to say I've lost the sense for a real life a long time ago.
And this is a cycle maintained by brain fog and numbness.
So one of the key factors that I've discovered myself in order to have my first steps of freedom is simple easy repeatable exercises that usually include breathing exercise as well to recover a little bit faster.
Like walking, cat-cow pose and viparita karani in yoga, swimming..
I think they help with focus and oxygen the same time while doing them over a longer period of time

To go for a run ( although under normal circumstances I can do it for miles) it's not possible because I'm in a fatigue state feeling drink and hypertension the same time for the whole day and sometimes even the next 2(of I haventh relpased which is hardly the case unfortunately...).
But simply walking can do the trick for 2-3 hours.

    I know...I know
You will tell me to meditate or read this and this.. But the thing is my mind in this state doesn't have the capacity "getting into a thought process"

Any kind of specific exercise that can help me recover mentally and physically , that I can do while I'm still home right after relapsing would be much appreciated

    I need help, please

I am sorry but I think you should let your body rest... Exercising after a relapse is such a burden on body...
In your case I don't think you'll be able to go on a hard mode. So it might be a good idea to narrow down the times you masturbate in a week or in a day and try to leave this addiction little by little, One day at a time.
I know you didn't ask for such an opinion, but I just wanted to help.
    Good luck mate.
